Do CBD joints contain THC or tobacco?

CBD joints do not contain tobacco, only hemp, a type of cannabis plant. Our CBD joints only contain less than the legal limit of 0.3% THC, which is the cannabinoid known for its intoxicating effects. This is not nearly enough THC to cause any effects.

Are CBD joints legal?

CBD joints are federally legal in the United States, since hemp and CBD were legalized in the 2018 Farm Bill. Most states allow CBD products that contain less than 0.3% THC, making our CBD joints completely legal in those states. A few states do not allow products with any THC at all, so we do not sell our full spectrum hemp products in those states. How much CBD is in a CBD joint?

There is 1 gram of hemp flower in each CBD joint. The amount of CBD per gram depends on the strain that you choose. Hemp flower products make it more difficult to measure the amount of CBD in a serving than products that contain CBD oil extract.
